Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, hasil belajar siswa dan repon siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Cotextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada tema rokok. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pre eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan pre-test and post-test group. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-A SMPN 2 Ngoro, Mojokerto. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini mencakup data keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, hasil belajar siswa yang, nilai psikomotor, nilai afektif siswa, serta respon siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data dengan uji normalit as diperoleh x2hitung = -60,53 sedangkan x2tabel = 11,3. Ini berarti bahwa sampel berdistribusi normal. Pengujian hipotesis terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan uji t berpasangan diperoleh thitung > ttabel yang berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara pre-test dengan post-test. Ranah psikomotor dan afektif siswa menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik pada tiap aspek penilaian. Ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal sudah tercapai, karena 90% siswa sudah tuntas secara individu. Secara umum, pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Cotextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) 100% terlaksana dengan nilai rata-rata dari masing-masing pertemuan sebesar 3,5 dengan kategori sangat baik. Respon siswa sangat positif terhadap pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL).

Abstract


The study aimed to describe the feasibility of learning, students learning outcomes and students response to learn with Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach on the topic of cigarettes. This research is a kind of pre-experimental research design using a pre-test and post-test group. The sample used in this study is student’s VIII-A class of SMPN 2 Ngoro, Mojokerto. The data obtained in this study included data students learning achievement, students learning outcomes, the values of psychomotor, the values of affective, and student responses. Based on the analysis of the data obtained with normality test x2 = -60.53 while x2 table = 11.3. This means that the samples are normally distributed. Testing the hypothesis on the students’ learning outcomes by paired t test obtained t > t table which means that there is a significant difference between the pre-test to post-test. Psychomotor and affective domain of students showed excellent results in every aspect of the assessment. Classical mastery learning has been reached, because 90% of students have completed individually. Generally the objective of the study to learn the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach 100% done with the average value of each meeting 3.5 with a very good category. Student response is very positive to learn with Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach.
