ANALISIS PENYEBAB KERUNTUHAN TEBING SUNGAI JAGIR WONOKROMO RIVER IMPROVEMENT SURABAYA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan besar debit maksimal Sungai Jagir Wonokromo pada saat mengalami keruntuhan, menentukan faktor penyebab keruntuhan tebing sungai, menentukan dampak akibat keruntuhan serta cara menghitung prosentase keruntuhan tebing Sungai Jagir Wonokromo.


Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus sampai November 2015 dengan subjek penelitian tebing Sungai Jagir Wonokromo tepatnya dari pintu air menuju arah timur yaitu sampai Jembatan Nginden Surabaya. Titik penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 titik sepanjang 4 km sehingga panjang pertitik 1 km. Data diambil menggunakan metode pengkajian literature, observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis perhitungan debit maksimal, perhitungan mekanika tanah dan prosentase luasan keruntuhan.


Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Perhitungan debit maksimal terjadi pada bulan bulan Maret yaitu sebesar 386 m3/det saat terjadi musim hujan. (2) Selama melakukan penelitian, dampak terjadinya keruntuhan tebing yaitu dapat mengakibatkan banjir. (3) Serta dalam perhitungan pola aliran sungai menggunakan angka Fr>1=1,24>1 maka alirannya superkritis sehingga mempengaruhi proses keruntuhan tanah pengaruh konsolidasi tanah pada titik 1 sebesar 2,4 m, titik 2= 1,82 m, titik 3=1,6 m, dan titik 4=3,32 m. (4) Prosentase luasan keruntuhan setiap titik tebing yang mengalami keruntuhan adalah titik 1=1,5%, titik 2=0,2%, titik 3=2,2% dan titik 4=3%.

This study purpose to determine the maximum discharge for Wonokromo Jagir River at the time of collapse, determine the factors causing the collapse of the river bank, determine the impact of the collapse as well as calculate the percentage collapse Wonokromo Jagir River bluff


This research method is quantitative The research was conducted in month Augustus until November 2015 with a research subject Wonokromo Jagir river cliff rather than the sluice toward the east, namely to bridge Nginden Surabaya. The point of this study consisted of four points along 4 km so long to a point is 1 km. List taken using the method of literature study, observation, interview and documentation. Hypothesis testing for using analytical calculation of the maximum debit, a questionnaires as well as the calculation of the percentage of the area of soil mechanics and collapse.


The results showed that: (1) The calculation of the maximum discharge occurs in the month of March in the amount of 386 m3 / sec and it occurred in March and the month - the month in which occurs the rainy season. (2) Phase questionnaires given residents around the riverbanks protection said that when the collapse occurred at the time of highest debit. (3) The whole in calculation of design river flow to using number Fr>1=1,24>1 so their flow supercritical so that to affect process to collapse of the ground effect of the consolidation of the land at the one point by 2,4 m, point 2=1,82 m, point 3=1,6 m and point 4=3,32 m. (4) The percentage of area collapse any point river bank collapse is point 1=1,5% point 2=0,20%, point 3=2,2% and point 4=3%.
